This is cosplay, not a figurine. Apparently it was fully articulated down to the head and eyeballs. Unsurprisingly, the group it was in for the Masquerade (Mass Effect 2: The Suicide Mission) won a crap ton of awards.

Viva Las Villains! This vegas-style villains group won the Best in Show award at the Comic Con Masquerade. Of course they did. I mean, ELVIS!JOKER and SHOWGIRL!URSULA, SHOWGIRL!PHOENIX AND SHOWGIRL!POISON IVY, are you kidding? I want to create an award specifically to give them.
